Selling drivers/staff by auction temporarily disabled

We've identified a bug with auctions whereby some people are not receiving the cash from the auction. To avoid anyone else experiencing this we're temporarily disabling this feature until the 13th September, when we will put it back online with a patch to address it.

Everyone can still bid on drivers and staff, but only for drivers and staff that are not in a team already. It is only the method of selling your own drivers and staff by auction which is temporarily on hold, not the auction system, which will remain online.

This feature is back online now and in our tests it is working and paying out to the selling team.
