Is purchasing an account a violation of the rules?  The player with the same name leaves the league with level 12 and comes to the league with level 26.  5 minutes apart.  What is the fault of the players who put in effort?

Yes, purchasing accounts is against the rules but what evidence of this do you have? Many people have more than one account, just because they leave a league with one account and join with another doesn't necessarily mean they have purchased an account.

I will close this thread and flag to the Support team for investigation. They may need to contact you for details of the accounts.
