Balancing weakness for new season car

Well, my old Chief designer developped the new car for the season. He has a weakness in Braking, but i guess the result is a bit of extreme.

i guess the design points for the weakness should be at least 25% of the average of other points and not just 1 point in compare to an average of 11 points
