Hi,
I have been looking to get new drivers from my youth academy as my current drivers are in their early 30s. However, I have noticed they are mostly overweight especially those with high talent levels.
Has anyone observed this trend?
Is there a way to improve the quality of youth drivers other than leveling up my training facility?

Hello,
Upgrading your Young Driver Headquarter can increase the chances of generating higher talent drivers - any through that, increases the chance of finding a driver that fits your desired attributes.
However, in terms of drivers being overweight, you are able to train a driver's weight once you promote them to your team - it follows the same method as training normal attributes.
Weight will increase/decrease depending on the driver's BMI - training weight will automatically cause the BMI to converge towards the perfect BMI range (indicated when it turns green).
I hope this explanation helps, but if you have any further questions, feel free to ask. :)

Hello,
Rather than weight, BMI is what affects driver performance.
24.0 is within the optimal range and should be indicated in green. Once BMI is within the green range, it will not change any further.
Any BMIs that fall within the optimal range (~18.5 - 24.9) will have the same effect on performance - as such, 18.5 and 24.9 will perform the same (excluding any other attributes).
