(I know Jack is working on more important issues and i'm writing many less-important suggestions but who knows, maybe this helps somehow someday) (hope my english is good enough)

In real life every driver has 'favorite tracks' where they show better performance.

Let's say in the game every driver has 2 favorite tracks. (1, 2, 3 i don't know)
When racing there, some attributes are increased a little bit. (how many and which i don't know)

Thinking always in balancing the game and give weaker teams a chance, i'll give my example but don't take this numbers seriously:
+3 to each attribute affected if this is lower than 10 (morale 6 becomes 9 on this track)
+2 if attribute is between 10 and 18
+1 if 19 or 20. (if 21 is possible, if not, stays 20 sorry :P)

This can change some results during the season right?

Agree with you but +3 is maybe too much, I was also thinking about special talents like "qualifying master" or "maldonador" giving the driver more personality by giving him a little bonus in qualifying or attacking for example.

As Joey said can be randomly add 1-2 bonus talents to drivers not to all maybe some have just 1 or none.
bonus like .tire saving, fuel saving, attacking, defending, qualifying, faster learning, faster on wet, faster if is out of top 10 in race, faster if the other driver of team in front. etc ...
