Attributes of each PC member

I noticed that every pit crew member has 5 attributes each. Coordination, Composure, Fitness, Morale and Skill. In the tutorial however it doesn’t explain what each attribute does. Could that be explained, or is that a figure it out yourself situation?

In my opinion, this is obvious ?

I have to do my first race but I want to complain because there is no app or visual update and there is no way understand which area of pit crew is performing well or not. As of now the update is a black hole in my balance.
