Yep. i try in two times one after clean cache and a second one before clean cache, error still persist.

The guide for the pit crew have a last step where you must click on a button that it doesnt work. To avoid the error I return to home and skip the tutorial, is not an issue but I like to share with us

Clear cache on the desktop app is notoriously unreliable. From my recollection, it may not be working (on the desktop PC app specifically). The whole cache clear thing is something I'd love to address in future, it's just a headache for us and for you at the moment, but comes with being browser-based first.
I realise this may be a lot of work, but could you try fully uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? If that doesn't work, can you confirm that it is working in your browser? After doing CTRL+F5 refresh to clear cache there too.
If it works in your browser but not the desktop app, the issue remains that the desktop app and the embedded browser inside it has cached old code. On windows this might be using Microsoft Edge, so you could try clearing the cache for edge and seeing if that fixes it inside the desktop app after restarting it.

Jack I have the same mistake entering from game's mobile app and from online web (from my new laptop). I think that mistakes aren't in devices, but in the game.

Hello again.
Update. I cleaned cache on browsers and desktop app. I uninstall the desktop app but I cannot found the link to install it again and there are no actives races now to force browser to ask me for the 3d desktop app.
Can you please share with me the link to download it again?
In another hand,on the browser app the progress return to 0 like on the desktop app but I can see for a while the attribute that improve and the bar loading after click on training. Maybe on desktop app the problem is that not show the attribute improved but works on the db well and the pit crew was correctly updated.
I need to have again the desktop app to confirm if is only a visual bug.

He is right. from PC when for example when you press train nothing happens... you have to reload the page to see the changes. Furthermore, after pressing it once, the train button is no longer clickable

I have the same issue.
i trained my Crew after the Update and first it didnt show anything.
After reloading the page my progressbar is still at 0 but my condition is at 6 after an hour wait.
still it looks like some changes were made as on a second account the stars went up from 1,5 to 2.
still with both accounts i have a 0 progress bar after training.

I'm having issues saving changes made to the training attribute I want to increase on the desktop web version[Chrome on Win11]
I have cleared cache and Ctrl+F5'd before I tried those changes. Is this linked to the above?
UPDATE. Actually doing Ctrl+F5 one more time appears to have fixed it.

I want to let you know that app and browser show different salaries. App says 50k for each subteam while browser says 10 (ten) for each subteam. Do I have to pay 250k or 50 per race?
I'm disappointed by this update. It was designed to waste resources. There is no visual updates, there is no way to understand if this or that ability is better than another and if this or that wheel needs more training. Has this been noted by your beta testers? I mean it's the first thing that anyone can notice trying this update...
Sponsors need a little buff if you want to have these prices.

That's a symptom of you not correctly clearing cache. Testers did an awesome job but unfortunately they can not clear cache for you. Thank you!

I cleared the cache twice but I cannot see any pit crew. Unless I am allowed to see only mine, I think it's not working as it should. I will have my first race later.

You can only see your own pit crew. I was talking about:

If you have this discrepancy, 100% you didn't perform a hard refresh in your browser. You can find how to do so in the announcements subforum or

Hello again.
I can confirm that is a visual bug. After reinstall the desktop app and try again training the pit crew I can confirm that the progress bar and attribute that you improve not appears but if I check the graphic I can see the improvement on the selected hability.
So the query to the DB and the attributes were really improved that is the most important obviously.
However I think that desktop app may show the attribute improved and the bar loading.
LAST UPDATE
After perform the next 3 actions of training I can confirm that the behavior change and now is working fine. Desktop app shows the attributes improved.
