Banner problem is back, iPhone 11

What did you try to do?
Upper portion of page is gone, same as previous problem 36 days ago. Fully deleted and reinstalled app, no change. Was fine this morning, issue returned after the pit crew update

Nothing unique, is constant

It is. The home button is still out of view when opening the drop down menu, but I can work around that
