What did you try to do?
Train pit crew

What happened instead?
Health of pit crew was enough for 1x training, (16)
Progress for everyone was 0
Hit train, it used 11 health but nothing happened.
Progress for everything is still 0

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
I used and iPhone 11 and tried on iPad

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
16.0.2

Can the bug be reproduced?
Happened 2 times

Same here. Cleared cache, tryed different browsers, even reinstalled browsers. 
Progress stays at 0% on PC and mobile app.

Hey Morien,

By web app do you mean standalone app or simply the browser?

That’s a clear symptom of cache issue. I can only ask to perform carefully a hard refresh if the issue is happening in web and cache clear from Settings if the issue is happening on the app.

If still you’re experiencing the issue and you’re sure that you followed the steps right please screen record the operation of hard refresh and the issue so we can have a look.

I logged in your account and everything looks fine here to me.

Same problem. I have the App (IPad) and browser (Windows). On both I lost yesterday health during training but got no experience. Refresh and new installation of the game didn't changed the fact. 
I will see, what happens today after the race
