I didn't apply for a new engine with another team.
What happened instead?
But still, my supplier changed from 95 Motorsport to some other team. It's also happened once quite a while back too. I think it might be teams accepting my engine supply request I sent from like months ago at this point.

If it is teams accepting my request after months, is there a way for me to cancel all the requests? Or perhaps there should be a time after the request expires.
