Since the feature arrived I've trained all of them to maximum and pay them the highest salary which shows a morale increase of 0.2%. Does this mean the morale will increase this amount every race or not as mine haven't moved. Everything is on 30 apart from morale stuck on 20, it has been 3 races now since the update.
It does, its just that they programmed it to be the slowest stat to train. So basically, every race, your pitcrew will increase by 0.2 morale. This means it will take 5 races to train
only one morale point. Im sure you can see how it may look like nothing has moved
yet. Hope this helps!
