I've noticed that doing a race after you've trained your pit crew doesn't seem to do anything. With the driver if your health is low he's useless, But it doesn't seem the case for pit crews. Times are consistent so far but we need more time asses. Times are 3.0 and below and I've barely trained, so I'm curious what difference a fully trained crew will do. I see no reason to not pay max salary,
It’s only been a few days so too early to draw any firm conclusions. My pits are between 0.1 to O.2 quicker for very little training, but I’ve seen some around 0.6 to 0.7 quicker. I suspect fully trained is going to be around a second quicker
edit: Just raced and variance was 0.7 (2.4-3.1, before update was 3.0) This is NRF so shows pure decrease in pit times without noise of loading varying fuel levels
