Prize Money

So, i finished 5th in my first race of a new season, a bit disappointing but i am expecting a better second race.. even so i scored 10 points, when i checked prize money in financials i noticed there was nothing for finishing in a points paying position which should pay in prize money even though it isn't a big amount. now if i were a relatively new team, i would of lost a bit of money because of it. even with a better sponsor giving $1.5m a race (and the best one i could get on income per race) it's not even close to covering the costs to run like that over time.

If there isn't prize money, there should be for teams in the points and on the podium. at the very least to offset the costs.

Agreed Jason. Every coin counts, at the moment we are losing money even doing great races, and not just a little bit. :(
I said it before, life economy is not easy, i don't like to have the same problems when gaming.
I don't think the idea of giving prizes per points is good because it helps the strongers, i like better prizes per objective and more money from sponsors.

Any team that finishes in the points in Formula one is paid prize money for scoring points or more, drivers are also paid by teams per point scored as well. Teams are also paid prize money for the top 10 positions in the teams championship as well. its not so much about agreeing or disagreeing, teams can't run off charity otherwise they would be bankrupted pretty quickly. This brings up a suggestion for bringing in pay drivers as an alternative source of money...
