I took my pit crew out last night for a Pizza, however their morale didn’t increase at all.

They all told me they change tyres for the love of tyres, the feel of warm rubber against their palms and are not driven by the monetary benefits of an increased salary.

Just saying…..

That's funny. I did the same and my pit crew told me the same. So I never took them out for a pizza again and gave them as many tyres as they desired to play with, mountains and mountains.

About 3 months later I turned up to my garage had my car had Pizza's for wheels and they were nowhere to be seen. What do you think they were trying to tell me??? I hope they are ok. They don't answer my texts or return my calls now. Something terrible must have happened. ?

I hope they are okay.

These are the implications of the short sighted updates of the IGP team, they don’t see the bigger picture.

They are not interested in the emotions/wellbeing of the unnamed AI pit crew……

I have heard the pit crews are putting together a Union, only then will change happen

Well there are so many trains in iGP I heard they have all joined ASLEF and gone on strike which would explain Michael’s missing crew ?

Mine like to only have 3 wheels ready for the car. I don't think they will be winning a-trophy any time soon.

Classic mistake! To imcrease their morale, CLEARLY you need to keep them locked in the training room and tell them they will not see their families for Christmas if they don't do sub 3 second pitstops! Worked a charm for me! the ungrateful bastards are compiling a class action lawsuit against me tho.

Give them a windmill for Christmas it might just take their mind off tyres and windmills can be just as comforting as tyres. ?

You'd think so, but you can't run a pit stop on a wind mill.
