I'm trying to train my drivers but there is no effects on both health and progress. Bug started after today's race. My team: https://igpmanager.com/app/d=profile&team=31452. Another team that I manage it's ok.

I notice the driver is the same level as the level cap of the manager, so progress will slow to 1% per session.

I knew these posts, but i didn't say SLOW effects, I said NO effects at all on progress and on HEALTH, if it was as you explain I suppose that health will decade. More of it my second driver Davies isnt at level cap.

I just logged in on your account, and you will probably laugh when I say this. But you haven't selected any drivers to train. Make sure the checkboxes on the left side are checked for any drivers you want to train. :)
