Is training weight not allowed anymore? One of my drivers has matched all his stats with my manager level and now progress has slowed to one point per session as intended.

I understand that training weight has no impact on the driver's rating. However, now it's painful to try and get his weight down.

I have two drivers who both have all their attributes except Experience at 13 or higher.
My manager level is 13.

My driver Nacho Sanchez (18 years old) is not gaining more than 1 point per session since he achieved at least 13 in all attributes. I have trained him over 56 times seeing this result.
However, my other driver Victor Gomis (17 years old) continues to progress a good amount since achieving at least 13 in all attributes. As of today he matches up with Nacho Sanchez or better and is no longer playing catch up in the training race.

I have included the driver ID in case it is necessary in these screenshots.
You can also see a difference in their overall rating in relation to my manager level, despite matching their attributes to my level cap.

There is a possibility that Experience may be causing a difference in how my drivers are hitting the level cap.

I will try to get Victor Gomis to 3 in Experience and see what happens during training from there.

I think experience may be the difference on the training cap.

I said when I set training beyond the level cap to 1% that I may be willing to loosen it up and let more progress come with each session, but I prefer to be extra cautious to avoid scenarios where levels can be bought with Tokens in any meaningful way beyond convenience.

Out of interest, you could get training up and running again with my suggestion to raise the level cap. Please let me know what you think of that in this other thread.

if i compare your driver stats: they are really similar, but the devil is in the detail.

nancha is rated as a level 13 driver, while victor is rated as a level 12 driver. As Nancho has red Stars, he is over your level cap and wont progress until your level goes up.

Victor is already at level 12, so his training iss successful.

So Victor is better at fast corners, stamina and weight, while Nacho is better at Compesure and expierence

now is the question how the general rating is calculated. i guess that the weight is rated at 10 or sth?! really difficult to tell
