I suggest that if you do decide to sell the research facility then there should be a degree of \'atrophy\' (if that is the right word).
It is a good way to make money, in the short term, but there should be a down side eg your researched components become out of date or obsolete so you eventually would have to buy the facility again.

I am assuming this is the only facility that has no penalty for being sold.

I\'d like to see more added to the research facility.

e.g.   Tyre warmers - Fresh tyres start a bit closer to optimal temperature

Also, maybe have seperate levels for some things

Not sure about the DRS Levels but I agree with the tyre warmers.

My ideas:

Pitstop Training. Be able to train your mechanics to make much quicker lap times. - 5,000,000

Front Wing Adjustment: Have less downforce on straights and more downforce in corners. - 6,000,000

Hotel: Driver Health improves dramatically between races. - 4,000,000


Just some basic ideas.

this the pit stop times is affected by the skill of your mechanics and engineers....

not sure if the wing option is even possible?

like the hotel idea, but im guessing that q1 patch, which will make the \'doctors role more meaningful\' will probly do something similar....

Tyre warmers are a top top idea.....that surly has to be a must? an obvious winner so far in my opinion...

i also had a few ideas....

research fuel comsumption - whereby, you get better fuel economy

strategy research - a proper strayegy researcher, i.e. enhanced strategy...i.e. tells you perhaps, based on the laps, track, current temp what is the optimum...perhaps even an estimate on stint times, i.e, \"if you go full push, on softs, it will last x laps, and take x fuel, and you stint times will be approx  

l1, 1.34.665
l2, 1.33.994
l3, 1.33.668

and same for hards of softs, so you can estimate approx over your 3 or 4 stints, what sort of race time you will do?

also, i understand that lotus are researching a system which adjusts the ride height, under braking....if proved to be legal, its being suggested to add 3 tenths a lap...

could be a good, and current one...to add to DRS and KERS....

also, should and could be able to select 4 compounds of tyre, s.soft, soft, medium, and hard.... mabey that coudl be a research?
