Just a simple question..

Did reserve staff (Chief Designer) will contribute some point on next car design too after current season end?
Or the other reserve staff (TD & Doctor) will have impact to the gameplay when their existence fully functional?

Reserve staff do not contribute, but that's an interesting idea. It would give reserve staff a purpose, which they do not currently have.
