I decided not to recontract with my technical crew cuz im almost 29...But something strange happened last race ... it says 1 race to go for recontract but after a race i got 4 points for my development cuz my research strength turn into %4..It is not normal i think cuz it says 1 more to go.. Can you help me the understand the situation.

Unfortunately this is not a bug (or at least a repeatable behaviour)
TD contracts are processed by the game before research gains, so you would have lost the TD, gained a 1* one and then been given research accordingly.
