Wont upgrade facilities

What did you try to do?
I clicked the button to upgrade my headquarters like normal.

What happened instead?
At the end of the timer they never actually upgraded and they stayed the same level as they were before.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Windows 11

Which browser did you experience the problem in?

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes it happened to my offices and hospitality and youth accademy. The only 2 I have left for my current level

Additional comments:

I started upgrading it again and then realized that it should have been maxed out. This also happened with my offices and hospitality. I used cash not tokens. I didnt see if it actually took anything out of my cash.
