Friendly offline league 2 cars

We are finishing season 11 today. So far this league was password protected and we decided to open up to the world. 

It's a 2 car OFFLINE league. 9AM UK/10AM CET time. 

LEAGUE RULES:

-15 races in season.
-Alternating every season between refueling and no refueling (next season is refueling).
-Voting on any other artificial rule (currently none).
-3 warning strikes on no setup, 4th none setup race - Kick out. ELITE only
-1 warning strike entering game live. 2nd offence - Kick out. ELITE only

We are about to start season 14. 

We had to lock it down again as we had people joining and not responding to messages and we value activity + we have artificial rules.

Rules for next season:

-No refuel (we alternate every season)
- 3 compound + supplier rule. You have to use 3 different compounds in every race but also have to choose a tyre supplier. Evry supplier don't produce one of the compounds (you can see supplier info in the first page of the spreadsheet).

No setup 3 races - kick out.
Joining 2 race live - Kick out. (well if you join and obviously make changes you will be kicked out right away).
