WHy my drivers are so bad

Hi,

I'm running a private league with some friends and my drivers are constantly worse than my friends drivers who have worse stats.

The only superior stat is the experience.

He even forgot to make practices and tune the setup and still managed to get a better place than me.

Is the experience that important? Or are there other factors? I have my drivers with 100% health, trained and used all my design points.

Right now we're racing at the Bahrain iGP and he's doing laps 4 seconds faster than I am! Without even doing a setup and with same tires.

Dammit! Thanks! I'll keep looking in that thread. If they don't fix it before monday (next race) I'll try without setup.

Car with no setup and default strategy runs in push level3 and on medium compound tyres. In Bahrain the optimum push level is push level2 on meduim tyres and push level 3 on Hard tyres. So my question is what tyres where you on and what push level where you using?
