What did you try to do?
I was looking at the Shop and for a long time now I have the Problem that the prices that are shown in the green text field are wrong. I logged out from the game, clearest the cash, reinstalled the game logged myself in in other devices....

What happened instead?
Yet, the bug is still there.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
Both

What is the model of your device?
S20 FE

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
14

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 11

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Google chrome

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, it can. Just go the shop.

Hi Danny.

I know you say that you have cleared cache and so on. But can you confirm for me that in google chrome on the PC, a hard refresh of the browser  (Ctrl + F5), does not fix the issue?

And also, are you clearing the cache from within the game under settings, or from the android app management side?

Apologies for basically asking you to do the same as what you have already been doing, but the additional information will be helpful.

Ok, my Bad.

I only cleared the cache through android app Management System. I cleared it now through in game option and now I get to see the correct prices. Thanks for the fast answer and sorry again for bothering you guys!
