I do not understand, I practice, I and other team, but my qualifying was horrible and the race too.
My training was one hour before the race.
My drivers and cars are better than many other teams, what is happening?

So it did not achieve the goals.

Training before a race begins might not be the best time to do so.

How many folks were live managing? If few folks are active then it's possible the inactive teams performed better because they didn't have a saved or ideal set up, and not having a set up is actually causing a now-known bug.

Only me at live managing.
Else, the actions for drive 2 were not available.

You will notice the tyres used during the race, most of the pack are using medium tyres and on a 2 stop it is a fairly safe call, only way around that is by putting in shorter stints on softer tyres in order to go faster or putting on hard tyres for a much longer stint 1 stop stint, but you would need a faster car than those around as the hard is a lot slower and is harder to keep temps into, especially in cooler track temps. however if you manage to get the tyres to work then you will be putting in consistent times for a long time.

the tyres you have on are mediums and you are at the upper thermal limit of the tyres looking at the icon for the first time, i would suggest you not push the tyres into the red, because an overworked tyre is not as likely to produce the performance you want, but if they are to cold a driver will have no confidence on them and don't offer the grip either.

I usually do training just after the race, if you work out the math on a 5% basis every 2 hours for 24 hours, the percent you should receive is around 25% - 30% a day.

Off Topic a moment: Are you the same Abreu Racing in racing-office, the one snapping at my heels in semi-pro 1.1?

Well, you've overheated your tires, that you should avoid. overheated tyres dont give much grip and your losing time. So you should reduce your push level. For your training session, i usually also test different tyres, so i can chose the best setup for race, as i compare the lap times.

i also train right after the races: if you do the math: you gain 5% per 2 hours, we have 24 hours a day. 4 hours i subtract from the 24hours, as this is reduced by the race it self and have a small puffer to get the driver to 100%.

so you get 20h*5%/2h = 50% per day. So i train the driver after the race until the health is around 50%

50%? hmm i never see that amount, but then again i use tokens to instantly heal after the race and then train the driver to about 70% health and leave it there.

well, if you want to be save, you can train to 60% health. within 20hours the health will increase about 50%.
