I think it can be better as the zones such as in azebajan and monaco (maybe) the drs zones are not in the main attacking place of the circuit. having more than one zone can make it easier for the rookies to get closer to the car ahead and also get more ahead or behind in elite, depending on your competitveness.

DRS would be way too powerful if a car had two DRS boosts over 1 lap.
If you mean two DRS zones that are unique and measure gaps at different points of the lap, it would lead to this:
Car 1 overtakes car 2 at DRS zone A then car 2 overtakes car 1 at DRS zone B = no change in positions.
