Who knows whether the timing of pit stops depends on the health level of the pit crew and each mechanic individually?
I've already asked this and I was just told to browse around old forum post to find out. Quick answer the wasn't really any answer. I think you'd have to do it yourself by analysing every race by case to case basis. What I can say is that if they're multiple cars pitting at the same time you'll have a much slower pit exit as supposed to just you being in there by yourself. I'd try out having the crew with zero health just for research purposes. I don't remember if it had any impact as I was racing with a bunch of scrubs.
Also someone with low health was able to compete with me. Like he came in into the race with 30% health he had the better strategy I'll give him that but for him to be able to do that is just absurd!
