There are other tournament that is called Fastest Lap Tournament and all the rules are assesed by the owner (me) and we are currently running the first one, do keep in mind that it doesnt go to your stats and its just for entairtaiment and fun, treat it like a DHL Fastest pitstops but in fastest lap.
