Supoort didnt respond

Hello! I had a problem i didnt sign up and lost my acc and dev responded and did tell me to go to the site, in the site there was 3 options but only way i could get my acc back was to send an email and i did in February, and they did not respond then again at the start of March and they didnt respond, i did put all correct info about my account everything how it should be so im still waiting but im trying to get it back, if devs can tell me what to do now or if theres nothing other than wait for me to get the email back
