Make design points lower

Ong my guys are finishing mid pack with the best cars and driver and people who joined mid season who get design points for joining late are wayyyy quicker.

You don’t get extra design points for joining late in a season you are actually disadvantaged by having a low starting design.  Some get the n+1 bug the following season which can easily be remedied by the host asking them to leave, join another league immediately leave it and rejoin your league.  This will reset the starting design to be the same pts total as everyone else.  

Looking at a few of your results you are running your stints for too long, even for a NRF race which will seriously impact your speed especially if your tyres go below 50%.   Also seeing how many laps your are behind I’d make a guess you haven’t calculated your fuel correctly and aren’t using push levels correctly.  Use your first couple of seasons as learning seasons.  Learn to fuel, the right push levels for each track based on weather conditions, how to develop a car optimally and train your drivers!  There are a few guides in the help & support section which will give you enough info to do well in Rookie and


Edit:  in addition to how you allocate your design points you are using CD & TD 2 levels below your manager level so so you will be generating less dp pts a race than the two are beating you.  Have you upgraded your design building?  If you haven’t and they have they will have a big design advantage the deeper into the season you go.

Another thought is that you are several laps behind so are you attending races?  If you aren’t and they are that will go a long way to explaining the difference.
