Help needed Reinstating Player

Help is needed to reinstate a removed player along with their design points from my league. The player account in question = https://igpmanager.com/app/d=profile&manager=237789 

I had submitted a ticket 12h ago but to no avail, hence posting on forum here as it's more likely to be seen by a moderator.

Alright, I understand. It was a mistake on my end, wanted to remove inactive memebers, but while on phone a mistouch caused it.

First of all, thanks a lot for looking into it. Really appreciate it.

Is it done or are you still working on getting it back to how my car was?
Thing is that the balanced car is a balanced car, which is no use to me because I was fighting in the championship. I also spent tokens on buying engines for rest of the season, so if car can’t be fixed then my engines are a waste as well. So if either my car can be fixed or I can get tokens back for engine because if car stays like this, I will give up on this season.
