It happens regularly that your parts show as 0 after repairing the car, you don't actually lose them its just a visual bug, go to a different screen then back to car and they will show again. It has been like that for months now, I can't remember which bug update it was part of or what it was they were making worse when this feature was added.

I don't think I have screen record on this phone plus I am down to 865 parts, it happens when you have over 1000 parts, the game gets confused as 1000 is supposed to be the limit.

It's just a visual bug, I also get it when repairing the car before the race. In particular, after repairing the second car, the count of the parts gets to zero. When I refresh the page, it shows the right number of parts again
