What did you try to do?
There was 2 cars behind me, a back marker and second place. During the drs point on the main straight in Bahrain, both cars got drs together
What happened instead?
Bothe cars gained drs when second place was infront of the back market. No other car was present

Hello,
If the 2nd place car was within 1 second of you, and the back marker was within 1 second of 2nd place, they both get DRS.
DRS is activated when you're within 1 second of any car (lapped cars are included) at the start of the DRS zone.
If the leading car was not within 'DRS range' of another car, please can you confirm whether both cars actually had a speed advantage caused by the DRS? Occasionally, there is a visual error where the DRS popup appears throughout the whole lap, but the car doesn't actually have the benefit of DRS.

Both cars were at least 2 seconds adrift. Yes both cars gained the DRS. I have seen the glitch when it comes up DRS but this wasn’t an occasion

Hello,
I am exploring the theory that this issue could have been caused by the known issue where some cars appear invisible in the race viewer.
How were you watching the race when this issue occured? By this, I mean were you using 2D icons/dots or cars, or the 3D race viewer?

2D. There was no other backmarkers around. Is there no way of viewing the incident again?

Hey Pat,
I’ve checked the logs and it was caused by a desync between the server and client caused by a lag spike from your network. If you encounter this issue the way to fix it is to refresh the viewer.
In order to avoid this I can only suggest you to check your network and close apps in the background.
