When training, previously it was a flat rate of 10% health lost. Now it is 15%, minus 1% for each star your Doctor has.

Here are the new values per training session:

5 star doctor: 10% health loss
4 star doctor: 11% health loss
3 star doctor: 12% health loss
2 star doctor: 13% health loss
1 star doctor: 14% health loss

You should issue a Mail notification about this! I hope some players don't wind up getting confused.

Sadly there will be some who are.

I know I'm annoying
It's just the star ratings themselves are a bit of a talking point.
Level 1 there are stars that are just an outline of a star and then there is a half filled outline and one filled stars.

Myself I have 3 full stars, does that mean I'm 6star?
Maybe the star ratings need a tweak, outline 1-5 stars, filled 6-10 stars.

Guys you are making this too complex. Just like in bowling, round DOWN to next whole number.

It does round down. I checked the code after what James said. Are you sure your 3 star doctor is only taking 11% health James?

The empty star effectively means no stars, a half star is obviously half a star, and a full star is a star.

@Jack : This is a good point to give an impact and a reason to hire better doctors but there is one problem with them, they were and they still are really rare in the transfers list, I checked a good amount of time in the past 24 hours with multiple teams (lvl13 & 15) and I didn't find more than 5 DR, this is only 10% of the total, isn't that supposed to be 30/33% ?

I want to insist in the fact they are not more rarest now but since they have a real impact on training this is a real problem to find a DR with 5 stars and that tiny 1% difference results in 4 trainings instead of 5 per day.

There is also no incentive to hire a 4 1/2 star doctor over a 4 star doctor, and 3 1/2 star doctor over a 3 star doctor, when it may be cheaper to hire doctors that aren't at a 1/2 level.

i think better doctors should help drivers to recover faster too. I mean, a good doctor gives you 8% in 2 hours instead than the actual 5% :) a good doctor relative to your level cap.

the transfers list is really short at the moment.
maybe the a better office facility could help you find more options
