yes much better, and make filters to see stats on simple view and not enter in every person to see stats

Well, IMO those buttons aren't too esthetic. I'd display the list that is currently displayed by default and above that maybe some filters as N Llens stated before.

it's just better adding a few filter and adding more newly generated people to the list in more equal measure across the board, including drivers.

nothing would need to be changed visually other than the ability to shuffle around the various things like salary, country, name by alphabetical ascending or descending and an additional pop up window to remove certain types of people based on those same various things and so on. it would be a better choice that individual screens.

Buttons for each list see nothing but what you are looking for. 47 CD's TD's or DR's having just a filter would mean there still only 1-3 DR's on the list that are lower than you have. At the minute there are zero doctors on the list
