What did you try to do?
I have been training physical on my driver and two times today, it went beyond 100, went back on the scale as expected however nothing changed in terms of bmi.

What happened instead?
stamina stayed at 30 - normal - however the weight also remained the same (didn’t decrease as a result of a full training cycle)

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Iphone 13 mini

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
17.5.1

Can the bug be reproduced?
At first I thought I’m imagining things, but then slowly trained throughout the evening to see whether it happens again, and to my surprise, it did.
Can’t tell how many training sessions I lost basically, I think I get 20something % per session.

Additional comments:
I know i’m not at the minimum weight for male drivers - so either there’s something I’m missing, or it’s a bug of some kind.

Hello Tudor

As your drivers BMI is green, the weight is at it's best possible value and cannot be trained further. This is why you are observing no further progress.

Ah, interesting..
Would it be safe to assume then that the shorter the driver, the better? As in, you can have the sam bmi as someone who is shorter and thinner, however the weight does matter, doesn’t it?

Secondly, if a driver cannot improve an area further, why allow them to waste the trainings? From a game mechanics perspective, it should either be blocked or have a warning pop-up of some kind… I don’t remember seeing any similar behavior in other games (and thankfully I didn’t spend money for those trainings)…. Food for thought (and I work in the videogames industry + am a gamer myself, so bringing this up with the best of intentions).

Hi Tudor, while that's a logical assumption it's not the case in the current form of the game.

The general consensus is that the taller the driver is the better, although I will also mention that height is only marginal gains. Talent is by far the most important stat for your driver as it cannot be trained and has a significant impact on pace.

The weight impacts of drivers have been disabled for quite a while within the game, the important part is for the driver to have a healthy BMI.

I'll pass the feedback through but I will comment that I can't recall another game where you train an asset like drivers are trained here. I must be getting old!

Thanks Craig (I hope I’m getting the name right!). It’s not about driver training in other games, but about a game feature - which is either accessible free with a time cost or for actual money - and that doesn’t actually work in all scenarios, without this being made obvious. If I had paid money for those trainings I’d be entitled to a refund (or at least them being switched to other areas). Just letting you guys know so you avoid sticky scenarios in the future :)

It's a management game and you had it set to physical, if they are at the optimum then it's down to you to know that and not waste the training, the BMI and not weight has been around for many months.
If you had paid I can't see how they would need to offer a refund for something that was a user error. You could always set it to 'All' then it would always find something to train unless everything was maxed.

Sorry man, other stats that are color coded green can still be upgraded (both for driver and car design, for example), so I think you’re mistaken there…
