What happened instead?
I found that the driver's head pictures were glitching. At points, one looked like a cut price Cousin It, of Addams Family fame (great big brown hair coloured box covering their face) and another time, the driver's head looked like a box, as well. This is a rotating, intermittent thing.

This has happened over two accounts, so, yes it is reproducable. This does seem to be a cyclical, intermittent thingvas well.
