Today was my engine restock and only restock 4 engines. Now have 20 engines. Is 20 the limit? Why in shop can buy 25 in one option and if restock only can have 20. This sound that is a bug no?

It restocks the total up to 20 or 10 for a double or single car league respectively. If you have more engines than this it doesn't add any.
