We had a vote and majority voted to change from 1 to 2 cars in the league but I can't find a option anywhere for changing it. 

Is it not possible to change number of cars after making and setting up the league? 

It make kind of sense, if all tiers are full you suddenly have problem if you go for 2 cars pr team

Hello,
It’s not possible to modify league format. You have to create a new league or join an existing one. No other option.
