I have an idea. During one of our last wet races, the thought occurred to me what would happen if, like in real motorsport, you only had a limited number of tires available. Could something like this be introduced in an update or would that be too complicated?

And sorry if my english is a little bad but i have to use Google translate ??

I’m not sure if this would benefit the game?  If the race was wet it wouldn’t make any difference and limiting the tyre choice would actually give the better managers a bigger advantage than they already have compared to the average manager.  I’m also pretty certain that it has been suggested previously and rejected.


P.s. your English is fine and I know sometimes google translate doesn’t as well for German to English as it does for other translations ?

Perhaps a rule could be introduced that the qualifying tyre cannot be used again in the race (excluding wet races).

It's an interesting suggestion. Some time ago I competed in a league where the number of sets of each compound were allocated at the beginning of the season. After each race a table displaying the number of sets remaining for each team was published on a Discord server linked to the league.

It provided a varied range of strategies and another management challenge. Unfortunately it takes a lot of time and dedication from someone in the league to monitor and police the rule. So something coded into the game as a host selectable option would be fun.

Having said that, I think it would be far too complicated and take too much development and testing time to make it into production any time soon.
