Training not applied?

Ok so i trained speed and it said "+1 for rain +1 for fast corners and +1 slow corners"
but fast corners never changes it stayed where it was
I should have 9 fast corner on that driver but I only have 8

Did you check the fast corner value :
- before the race
- after the race
- after the training ?
There is an aging factor where your drivers loose some of their capabilities over the time. 
Let's say your driver was 9 on fast corners before the race, after the race due to the aging factor he will be 8.9 but the display will show 8 so if you train your driver on speed and you get +1 on fast corner you will be in reality 9.9 but the display will only show you 9.
You might think the training was not applied even though it was.
Jack wrote a post explaining this in the game play assistance, if you search for it you can find it.
But this might explain why you think the training was not applied.
I hope this helps.

Please keep an eye on that and see if it happens before/after the next race and training again.

before the race he was a 8. I believe I checked afterwards he was a 8 also

this has happened to my 25 yr old driver a couple times where he randomly loses 1 skill

ah, so he probably is like 8.9 now. makes sense. Maybe you guys could implement decimals ie 7.9 etc. it would help out ;)
