Just logged in after years of absence and i am more then 200 million in debt.

Hello Roy, and welcome back.
Much has changed since you last played, so probably the best thing you can do is delete your account and create a new one.
If you want to continue with this account I believe that the support team can make an IAP special offer available to your account which might clear most of your game money debt. Unfortunately, this won't do anything about the staff and drivers you have lost because of contracts expiring whilst you were away.
