3D view not available

What did you try to do?
I went to today's race as usual but the 3D view wasn't working

What happened instead?
The race loaded up in 2D map view. 3D view wasn't available in the view tab.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Xiaomi pad 5 tablet

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
13

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, tried clearing cache and reinstalling the app, still the same.

Additional comments:
It works fine on my phone. The app version on my phone is 4.102, on my tablet it is 4.2

Hey Bill,

We’ve applied new requirements to load the 3D version of the race viewer. This said, as far as I know your tablet should be able to load it since it has a good amount of RAM. 6 GB RAM according to the manufacturer website.

The new system calculates the available and free RAM of the device. Apps in the background could significantly consume this. Could you try to close all the apps in the background and load a 3D race? You could spectate one to quickly check.

No luck with that. It's actually the pro version which has 2gb RAM extra if needed. The app also just crashed as I was writing this reply, I can't remember it ever crashing before. Could be a hardware issue then?

Hey managers,

Tomorrow we’ll release an update with a hotfix for this. It’ll be required to have 4 GB RAM or more to run the 3D viewer, keep that in mind.

I don't know if this helps or not but i want to point out that on IOS everything is perfect for me.

My device is an Iphone 14 i have been racing in 3D since i started the game. And i ran a race today while using 3D and everything went smoothly.

Yes, the stability app update was only released for android. iOS to follow when we're done with bug fixing. This is why you're not facing any of the issues mentioned above.

The 3D is still not working for me even if I spectate a random race it shows in 2D unlike earlier before this it showed in 3D everytime
