iGP unofficial discord server?

I was wondering... Is it theoretically against iGP ToS to create an unofficial iGP server for the community or is that something doable?

I was gonna create one so people could use that one for tips, advertise leagues, etc.. I guess it probably wouldn't make sense as there is the forum, but a lot of leagues use discord servers and the forum too, so I thought why not create one just for the iGP community?

Before doing that I wanted some clarification on whether it is allowed or not though. (And I'm not referring to my previous post, that is for an actual league. This one would be a different one).

I think if something new will  be created the palyers will be very active on it,but i think he needs approval for that from IGP team( i don't see anything about social media tbh,but i think we need the approval)
