race time on local pc?

guys, i'm having this problem:

i can't see when the 'next race' is blocked, and i can't see the 'go to race'. on any of my accounts.

to enter the race, i have to go to 'league' and only there i'm able to see 'live' to go to race.

on this new version the time is using my local pc time, i never liked that but now, everything looks ok with my time zone and the race time but, my buttons are not being updated. the only one working ok is 'live' under 'league'.

will be perfect if 'next race' and 'go to race' use the same method the 'live' button does. at the moment, even when i see the 'live' button, 'go to race' does not show.

(note: this past sunday 2, my country (Uruguay) didn't change the time as we used to years ago. but, time.windows.com didn't know so on every pc or cel phone with automatic option on was updated incorrectly. maybe this has something to do but ok, i changed manually so, now, when i go to 'league' it shows the correct time of the races. )

guys, the thing is i can't see the objectives because of it.

here: time for 'next race' to be blocked. but it isn't

and here: time to 'go to race' but it's isn't showing. and 'live' is showing perfectly i think 10minutes before the race. not just 5.

the 'live' button is working ok. but 'go to race' isn't.
the 'live' button doesn't care of my local time, that's perfect.
'go to race' is using my pc's time :(

@Jack: i think this is what was happening.
I think the 'next to' change to locked, and 'go to race' button appearance, are triggered by pc's local time. (meaning if my time is wrong, the button does nothing by itself)
And i think the 'live' button appearance, under 'Legue', is triggered when qualy is ended, and has nothing to do with my pc's local time.

i think is better not to use local pc's time because of misunderstandings.
I saw people complaining about setup not being saved. Maybe their pc's time was wrong and 'next race' button wasn't showing as 'locked' yet.
