Not getting ads

What did you try to do?
Checked the shop/training/manager tab

What happened instead?
Did not get any ads, on all of them

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Samsung A33

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
14

Can the bug be reproduced?
Another friend of mine who uses android also has difficulty on ads appearing

Additional comments:
Yes, I was in the solved thread a few days ago, but when I tried the reinstall technique, only 1 ad can be given and none will be given out after that. Ads appear once everyday/2 days

Hey Brian,

If the button does not appear it is not iGP Manager's fault, it means that the advertisers of the platform have nothing to show at that time for your country/region. We can't do anything about it, it's something external and foreign to us.

Thing is, I've done multiple reinstalls this past few days, apart from one, each has always granted me one ad from the get go, so I doubt it has something to do with the advertisers not having anything to show. Another thing is my other friend who is in the same country as I am have no difficulty in ads appearing. I'm aware this is most likely not iGP's fault, but is there any solution to this? Reinstalling every time just to get an ad is really wasteful. (I also tried other mobile games and they gave me ads just fine)

Hey Brian,

Every time you reinstall you’re creating a new profile for the ads provider company.

Living in the same country isn’t the only condition for the ads provider: phone number, os, age of the ad profile, network provider, location, etc

Other mobile games might not be using the same ads provider we do too.
