Sorry, I am not suggesting you train right before the race. Absolute opposite in fact.
Train directly after a race, and if you want the drive to be 100% for the start of your next race (assuming your racing daily) dont train beyond 60% health
As i explained, my 2nd car is already in worse condition. So im expecting it to break the next few races. Team and driver championship is already close to secured (well if my strongest rival will do 3 double wins in the last 3 races i have just to finish 6th with one of my cars to secure driver and team championsship). So im preparing for next season.
i dont wanna start the new season without a stack of spare parts, so im saving this spares and as i dont go out for winning, i also could give my driver a few extra training sessions. And as the drivers health cant go below 1%, i can train him 5 tiimes instead of just 3 times between the races. So he got 6 extra session, which gives him about 1,5 points progress in his stats.
