I think that adding race percentages to both filters on league searches and on spectating is easier for people to find better leagues and finding better races.

If this refers to race length percentages (ie. 25%, 50%, etc race length) seems like a nice filtering option to add!

Yes, I believe this has been suggested many times. I don't know if it is easy to implement though.
