For a number of reasons I had to take an enforced break from the game about 6 months ago across all of my accounts.  In that time I’ve been active on the forum trying to keep up with events before I returned to the game in the next month.  However, nothing I’ve seen on the forums prepared me for the shock of realising how many quality leagues have disappeared such Discord World Championship, Velocity dropping from 3 to just 1 League, many of the Formula Zero leagues and many others.  Plus where long standing quality leagues still exist many of the managers seem to have gone.

This made me wonder when the planned changes will be too little too late?  I sincerely hope not, but it is shame to see so many quality leagues in decline

Hey Skid,

We keep working hard but steady.

We did agree internally to release updates only when these are fully ready and we’re still committed to it. It’s better slow and steady than rushed and buggy.

I’m sure the new update will attract many many many old players.

Thanks Jose.  Post wasn’t a criticism of the work behind the scenes.  Was more my shock at realising how many good leagues have closed or in decline since I went on hiatus

I understand that. The truth is that the player base in terms of number is still the same compared to January the first.

I’m as concerned as you’re about these leagues closing down. But in recent months other hardcore leagues were created too, this is a cycle.

This said, once this new update is released, we’ll reactivate marketing for the first time in 4 years. Which will bring a good influx of new blood, which is very much needed too.

On top of that, we’ll e-mail every single registered email on the game inviting our former players to give us a new and fresh chance.

I can't wait for the new update. By the way, is there a change to the release date of the new update? Last month, you said you were going to share new information, but no blog has been published yet

Hey,

We'll start posting sneak peeks on social media again very soon. Full details and release date when we're sure we can make it on that time. As said, above, we don't want to unnecessary rush anything.
