About car design cap increase

(Just a random questions and opinions about the dp cap increase). Will this update come with the update that'll come soon? (Driver model, car model update etc etc). And will we be able to change it like how we can with RF/NRF, tyre rules? etc. And how much will the research be improved? Same as before or a bit more of a buff? Honestly, I think it's a decent idea. But it'll be best to add it after the game is a bit more polished than it is currently now (Bug fixes, QOL updates etc). It's nice that the devs are doing different things to make the game more alive, but as of now, I think it might be a bit too early to add this change, unless we can turn it off or on like NRF/RF. Anyways, this is just my dummy opinion about this suggestion. Feel free to argue against it and give your own suggestions and thoughts about it xD.
