league select filter for newly started leagues

Some kind of league select filter switch that will help newly started leagues to be listed using the league select tool.

The forum is Completely inadequate for drawing new players to a newly created league.

i agree, a league search tool must have more options to filter its searches.

i also think having 3 levels of racer in a league is wrong, there needs to be a systen in place where as you can upgrade your league so you start as a rookie league and can only take on rookies, then through time as a league you earn points and you can after a season upgrade to the next level and so on.

this would mean rookie leagues will fill up and ppl wouldnt just join the best league to get more points to upgrade thier cars way too fast
